the new m7

  1. Wow, this is very small compared to what it was. That is also good because if soldiars use them (not sure about stuff like that) it is much lighter and travel-equipt. They already have enough stuff to carry that already weighs too much

  2. I don't think the U.S. military will make the m7 standard issue. Sure MP-5's are used in special ops, but whatever replaces the M-16 will be American, government made. Not by a foreign corporation, even though the MP5 is a much better gun than the M-16.

  3. well i can think of a few soldiers and law enforcement workers that wouldn't mind carrying a gun like this. It's amazing to see what technology has done with guns.

  4. I believe all law enforcement should carry this weapon, we need to give them and our soliders all the technology and weapons they need to keep us safe. Technology is a great thing in fighting terrorism and bad guys at home. YAY Technology.

  6. Melissa above touched on to the real story here - gun control. What wil the NRA have to say when the first policeman goes down and the debate begins. Will everyone have the right to own one of these? Will criminals be penalozed for selling and owning one illegally??

  8. This is a leap forward in gun technology. With a light weight highly mobil gun like the mp7 there is great mobility with a lighter weight. There is also the fact that the soldiars will be less tired when they actually reach combat.

  9. I find it amazing that the world will always continue to advance weapons. Violence is truly in our nature. Technology allows anyone with enough money to be very dangerous.

  10. This is a very small and powerful gun! Guns scare me but we do have 2 and I can shoot a 22mm. Still scary and sad that we need to have guns to feel safe.

  11. I would love to get my hands on one of those to shoot at a gun range. Definitely a step up in firearms and hopefully help protect us people.

  13. I saw this on the Discovery channel. Some of the future weaponry is insane, and amazing to see what people think of and create.

  14. Great technology as long as its in the right hands. Personally I am not a fan of guns, but it is interesting to see the technology and how they have advanced over the years.

  16. Very impressive video! This product would definitely be horrible in the wrong hands. I believe this would be a great attribute to our governments forces.

  17. As long as this stays in the right hands it will be quite a useful tool. With the increase in hostage situations where the enemy is wearing body armor, its necessary for SWAT teams to have access to this type of weapon.
